With food from ever popular London restaurant Barrafina and hip decor, Cassio is set to be the next "it" night spot in central

When the chefs from one of London's best loved restauarnts Barrafina come together with the creators of one of Hong Kong's most beloved nightclubs, Dragoni, the result is an unusual—and quite wonderful—combination of excellent food and a buzzing, cool atmosphere.

Barrafina, named Britain's Best Restaurant at the National Restaurant Awards in 2015, has masterminded an inviting menu of traditional and contemporary tapas dishes—think cold cuts, salads and tortillas alongside some more inventive dishes. A favourite is the gambas al ajillo; Tasmanian prawns served in an aromatic, sizzling buttery sauce which pairs perfectly with a nice Spanish sherry. The spinach and pear salad with Idiazabal cheese, pecan nuts and pomegranate is a standout while the succulent Iberico pork ribs really did melt in the mouth. Begin the meal with a nice glass of Pere Ventura Cava, move on to a glass of the sublime Petalos del Bierzo red wine and finish with a wonderfully sweet and satisfying sherry.

Centrally located on the second floor of LKF Tower and designed by renowned interior designer and architect Fabrizio Casiraghi, the dimly-lit space cleverly combines vintage-style rattan furniture with super modern lighting. Seats at the bar provide ample cocktail-making distractions while table seats can cater for large groups or couples seeking low-lit corners. The spacious roof terrace twinkles with fairy lights and palm-print sofas, providing the ideal location to migrate to after dinner and enjoy the live DJ acts that play until the early hours.
