Deluxe Business Set Lunch At Hung Tong

This winter, Hung Tong of Kerry Hong Kong is presenting a brand new array of business set lunch menus. Created by the restaurant’s Chinese executive chef Ken Yu, the delectable business menus will showcase the establishment’s exclusive signature dishes. The business set lunch menu covers a trio of assorted dim sums, daily soup, a choice of main dish between barbecued premium pork with maple syrup, stir-fried scallops with vegetables, and steamed cod with tofu. The set lunch is complete with poached seasonal vegetables in supreme broth, fried brown rice with conpoy and assorted diced seafood and a chef’s recommended dessert. The business set lunch is priced at HK$388 per person with a minimum order for two.
A more deluxe alternative lunch menu is available, featuring Hung Tong’s appetiser trio; double boiled fish maw soup with black mushrooms and vegetables, an upgrade from the daily soup. Guests can select a main dish between sautéed prawns with Japanese pepper in garlic and black bean sauce and deep-fried wagyu beef cheeks. The deluxe lunch menu is complete with poached bamboo pith and seasonal vegetables in supreme broth; fried rice and chilled mango sago cream with pomelo as desserts. The deluxe business set lunch is priced at HK$638 per person with a minimum order for two persons. Complimentary Chinese tea or a 330ml-bottle of mineral water is available with purchase of the business lunch menus. Reservations are strongly recommended.
