Café 103 at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is offering an Italian-themed afternoon tea set from now until July 31, 2015. In collaboration with Tuscan chocolate brand Amedei, guests may while away the afternoon with delicacies created by executive pastry chef Richard Long, including: 

- Chocolate duck foie gras mousse, lemon Swiss roll
- Chocolate scones with Crema Toscana hazelnut and chocolate spread
- Amedei Amandola praline

The afternoon tea is served between 3:30pm and 5:30pm, and is priced at HK$368 for one and HK$598 for two.
