The Ritz-Carlton partners with Dom Pérignon to present a bubbly Sunday treat
Free-flow Dom Pérignon champagne and a bountiful buffet spread await diners at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong’s newest Sunday brunch offering. Those visiting Ozone will be treated to a complimentary flow of champagne, paired with cuisine created by chef Rafael Gil, including:
- Mexican wrap with braised pork, avocado, pickle and onion
- Vegetable focaccia with tomato confit, caramelised goat cheese and truffle mayonnaise
- Wagyu beef and foie gras burger with foie gras ganache
The free-flow Dom Pérignon Sunday brunch is available every Sunday from 12:00pm to 3:00pm, priced at HK$1,180 per person.
