Discover Classic Spicy And Sour Specialties At Dynasty

This season, Dynasty, Renaissance Harbour View Hong Kong’s Cantonese cuisine is launching a new array of specialties that highlight the sour-and-spicy flavours from Sichuan cuisine. Executive Chinese chef Suen Kam-Sing demonstrates his extensive knowledge in regional cuisines of China while preparing these new classics with refined execution. Guests can indulge in menu highlights such as deep-fried chicken with chillies, as well as a revamped version of fish in fiery broth in poached fillet of group in hot chilli oil, among a selection of spice-rich dishes.
