Bars from 22 cities around the continent make this year's edition of the extended list
Asia's 50 Best Bars have revealed the third edition of its 51-100 list, bringing the spotlight to an extended selection of bars as voted by the organisation's 260-member Academy that is made up of bartenders, bar owners, drinks writers and cocktail aficionados. This list comes just one week ahead of the highly anticipated annual Asia's 50 Best Bars revelation, which is set to take place in Hong Kong on July 18.

This year's list sees bars from 22 Asian cities, including first-timers Okinawa and Kumamoto. Singapore leads the pack with eight bars, while Hong Kong boasts five bars on the list. Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur are both represented by four bars each. Bars from cities including Tainan, Taiwan; Goa, India; Nara, Japan; and Semarang, Indonesia, also appear on the list.
Notable new entries include Singapore's The Elephant Room at #64, Night Hawk at #73, Offtrack at #79, and Origin Bar & Grill at #95. Across the causeway in Kuala Lumpur, Reka also makes its first appearance on the list, coming in at #65.
Osaka, Okinawa, and Kumamoto also broke onto the list with Craftroom (#62), El Lequio (#80) and Yakoboku (#84), respectively. In Bangkok, Opium makes its debut at #59.
