The executive chef of Sydney’s Mr. Wong and Mrs. G’s is set to present two nights of inventive Cantonese cuisine

Highlighting the evolution of Chinese cooking in relation to global influence, Duddell’s is hosting a ‘Chefs in Residence’ initiative, showcasing the best and brightest talents of the Chinese kitchens from around the world. Its inaugural showcase brings Dan Hong, the frontman of Sydney’s esteemed Mr. Wong and Mrs G’s. From January 16 and 17, the celebrated chef will present a seven-course Cantonese-inspired menu showcasing his techniques and creative flavours that earn him international acclaim. The signature seven-course dinner menu is priced at HK$1,288 per person.
