The Chinese restaurant is presenting a unique eight-course menu on the day for lovers

Celebrating the ideal day to celebrate love, Duddell’s is showcasing a number of signature dishes on February 14, 2018. Guests will begin their degustation journey with a glass of Ruinart Rose champagne or Krug Rose champagne N.V, followed by eight unique courses designed and prepared by executive chef Fung Man-Ip, including notable courses such as bird’s nest broth with fresh crabmeat, bamboo pith and conpoy, sautéed garoupa with termite mushrooms, and braised whole South African abalone with shiitake mushroom and foie gras. Guests can also enjoy a sweet chilled sago cream with mango and petit fours to complete the gourmet tasting journey. The Valentine’s Day menu is available in the evening at Duddell’s. The set menu is priced at HK$1,888 per person, inclusive of a glass of Ruinart Rose champagne, or HK$2,288 for a glass of Krug Rose champagne N.V.
