Notable signatures include double-boiled whole coconut soup with abalone and minced pork dumpling; deep-fried lobster in homemade sauce served with deep-fried bun, and baked crab stuffed with crabmeat and onions, best paired with G.H Mumm RSRV Grand Cru champagne. The new summer-exclusive champagne pairing menu is available from now until September 30.
