The Chinese restaurant at Renaissance Harbour View Hong Kong launches new signature dishes featured in the summer set menu

In celebration of Dynasty being named one of top 52 restaurants and bars by Marriott Bonvoy in the Asia Pacific region, Dynasty of Renaissance Harbour View Hong Kong is launching a unique champagne menu, featuring a new array of creations crafted by the restaurant’s executive chef Suen Kam Sing. Notable signatures include double-boiled whole coconut soup with abalone and minced pork dumpling; deep-fried lobster in homemade sauce served with deep-fried bun, and baked crab stuffed with crabmeat and onions, best paired with G.H Mumm RSRV Grand Cru champagne. The new summer-exclusive champagne pairing menu is available from now until September 30.
