Hairy crab season may be months away but North American Dungeness Crabs are at the peak of their season. Dynasty, Renaissance Harbour View Hotel’s iconic Cantonese restaurant, is presenting a selection of crab delicacies, inspired by Chinese and Western wines. Crab lovers can enjoy the restaurant’s signature steamed Dungeness crab with egg white in 25-year huadiao wine, as well as deep fried Dungeness crab with Italian white wine sauce, where both wines match well with the seasonal harvest in bringing out the crab’s sweetness. The new Dungeness crab dishes are set at HK$900 per dish and best served between four to five guests.
