Executive chef Suen Kam-Sing has crafted specialties to pair with three types of Martell Cognac

This autumn, Dynasty is collaborating with Martell Cognac in a rare crossover, where chef Suen Kam-Sing, executive chef of Renaissance Harbour View’s Cantonese restaurant, is presenting three traditional dishes with a twist. The best of Cantonese meets French elements as the establishment’s char siu becomes barbecued pork with French sauce, paired with a complimentary glass of Martell X.O, where a unique sauce blends honey and Martell Noblige Cognac. Other cognac-infused dishes include grilled French quail legs paired with a glass of Martell Cordon Bleu Extra, as well as pan-fried prawns with French sauce, and deep-fried turbot with salt and pepper, each paired with a complimentary glass of Martell Cordon bleu

Guests can opt for an additional of Martell Cognac at an additional HK$150. The cognac pairing menu is available now until November 30. Reservations are available here
