The Chinese restaurant’s executive chef Suen Kam-Sing is leading one of the Top 52 Restaurants and Bars by Marriott Bonvoy in Asia Pacific, in creating classic spicy and sour delicacies with a twist

Dynasty’s sour and spicy specialty season is set to continue with new signature dishes from the hot and spicy classics menu. From now until December 21, guests can indulge in a collection of regional Chinese spicy and sour specialty dishes, created by the restaurant’s executive chef Suen Kam-Sing. Notable highlights in the exclusive menu include deep-fried chicken with chillies, available whole or half-portioned, combines multiple chillies and Sichuan peppercorns. Also new in the menu is sautéed celtuce and potato in garlic and chillies, where both vegetables are delicately julienned and stir-fried with Zhenjiang vinegar. Dynasty’s spicy and sour specialties are available from now until December 21. Reservations are available here
