Dynasty’s sour and spicy specialty season is set to continue with new signature dishes from the hot and spicy classics menu. From now until December 21, guests can indulge in a collection of regional Chinese spicy and sour specialty dishes, created by the restaurant’s executive chef Suen Kam-Sing. Notable highlights in the exclusive menu include deep-fried chicken with chillies, available whole or half-portioned, combines multiple chillies and Sichuan peppercorns. Also new in the menu is sautéed celtuce and potato in garlic and chillies, where both vegetables are delicately julienned and stir-fried with Zhenjiang vinegar.
