The cafe brings all day dining with innovative cocktails to match

Kevin Poon’s popular Elephant Grounds cafe concept continues making waves across the city, with the fourth branch opening this month on Wan Chai’s Wing Fung Street, near Star Street.

With indoor and outdoor seating for 50, the new establishment will open at 7am to target early risers and the corporate crowd. The head chef is Mile Oki, who previously worked at Arcane. The cafe will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week—plus the all-important weekend brunch. This branch of Elephant Grounds includes a bar, which will stay open until late on weekends serving a range of innovative alcoholic beverages. The bar is managed by Manuel Saavedra, formerly of Mizunara: The Library.

Elephant Grounds tentatively opens early May, 2016
