A captivating Autumn tasting menu features seasonal land and sea delicacies

Celebrating the best of the autumn season, The Langham’s Bostonian Seafood & Grill is launching a specially crafted three-course dinner tasting menu throughout the month of October to satisfy all palates. The season-driven menu begins with a fresh selection of signature appetisers such as freshly shucked oysters, served with mignonette vinegar, cocktail sauce, and lemon, as well as the autumn salad of Roma tomatoes, caramelized figs, Parma ham, ricotta, walnut and dressed with aged balsamic vinegar.

Guests can choose one of the establishment’s main courses, from a roasted rack of lamb with rosemary to pan-fried halibut served with chanterelles, confit garlic, and fava bean and green pea jus, followed by a chocolate dessert named Autumn Fall Leaves, consisting of chocolate brownie, coffee ice cream, and fruity apricot compote. The seasonal menu is available from October 1 to November 30, and is priced at HK$498 per person.
