This summer, Harlan’s at The One is launching a new afternoon tea set in collaboration with renowned tea brand Harney & Sons. The brand new tea set showcases a series of savoury and sweet treats prepared with premium ingredients. Among the new selection of tea nibbles are Boston lobster and Iberico ham toast and lump crabmeat muffin, as well as sweets such as chocolate ganache balls, miniature fruit tarts, macarons, and raspberry and coconut panna cotta. The three-tiered afternoon tea set will be paired with an iced fruit tea from Harney & Sons. Guests can indulge in a range of flavours such as dragon pearl jasmine, mango peach, raspberry nectar, and vanilla grapefruit iced tea. The new summer afternoon tea is priced at HK$388 for two.
