The prized seasonal tubers harvested from Piedmont, Italy are now available

Regarded as the white diamonds of the kitchen, the white truffles from Alba, Italy are considered the best in the world, celebrated for their extravagant flavours and sheer opulence. The beloved harvest of the season are now available, featured in Épure’s brand new tasting menu, with dishes designed by the establishment’s executive chef Nicolas Boutin. The four-course exclusive tasting menu will be available from now until December 31.

 

Épure Alba White Truffle Tasting Menu

 

Scallop, pumpkin, chicken skin, buddha’s hand, bay leaf

Fluffy crepe cake, Jerusalem artichoke, hazelnut, chestnut

Pheasant supreme, parsnip gnocchi, duck foie gras sauce

Brillat savarin, charcoal, caramelised honey crisp (for an additional HK$300)

The four-course white truffle dinner menu is priced at HK$2,388 inclusive of 15g of white truffle. Guests can add additional white truffle at HK$98 per gram, as well as an additional wine pairing option at HK$680 for four glasses per person.
