Executive chef Nicolas Boutin pays homage to the region with a two-month-exclusive dinner menu

Saluting the rich culinary culture from the famed region of Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur in the south of France, Épure presents a specially-crafted dinner menu prepared with seasonal specialties from the region From now until July 2, the five-course dinner menu showcases an array of creative courses from Boutin, namely lobster with rock fish consommé with saffron, squid with milk-fed veal cheek and green olive, and for dessert, soaked baba cake with Bigarreau cherry and almond ice cream. The five-course dinner menu is priced at HK$1,288 per person.
