The Cantonese restaurant at the Renaissance Harbour View Hong Kong launches dishes prepared with seasonal white asparagus

This June, Dynasty of Renaissance Harbour View Hong Kong is launching an array of white asparagus dishes designed and crafted by the experienced chef team led by executive chef Suen Kam-Sing. Prepared with white asparagus harvested in Germany, the seasonal delights are best paired with Rieslings and German wines. Guests can indulge in steamed assorted asparagus in black truffle paste, best paired with Thorle Saulheimer Weissburgunder Kalkstein 2016, a dry and full-bodied pinot blanc; White asparagus salad with deep-fried French quail leg with Hans Wirsching Kalb Silvaner Erste Lage 2016, as well as sautéed white asparagus and assorted fungi with avocado and pan-fried white asparagus and silver cod with bay salt.
