The Cantonese restaurant at Renaissance Harbour View Hong Kong showcases Japan’s premium seafood, including sea cucumbers and king scallops

This season, Dynasty of Renaissance Harbour View Hong Kong is launching a new showcase for Japanese premium seafood in dishes prepared by the experienced kitchen team led by executive Chinese chef Suen Kam-Sing. The Chinese restaurant is presenting a new braised Kanto sea cucumber with dried pomelo peels and deep-fried Kanto sea cucumber stuffed with shrimp paste and abalone, both prepared with sea cucumbers which are high in nutritional value and low in cholesterol content.  


Dynasty’s seafood showcase also introduces Hokkaido king scallop to the exclusive selection of new dishes. Praised for its size and high protein count, the establishment’s pan-fried king scallop is lightened with a unique teriyaki sauce prepared by the kitchen team. Guests can also indulge in chef Suen’s sautéed king scallops and asparagus with assorted fungus and fresh lily bulbs as part of the series of Japanese seafood delicacies.
