Central’s Japanese restaurant celebrates the harvest of Fukui Matsuba crabs this season

This winter,  while Shikigiku at Royal Garden is presenting an abundance of Hokkaido hairy crab dishes, The Central branch of the celebrated Japanese restaurant at IFC mall is launching a selection of dishes prepared with Fukui Matsuba crabs. Known for its delicate, succulent flesh, guests can enjoy the best Fukui Matsuba crabs with a hot crab leg hot pot with Shizuoka Kujyo negi, together with steamed rice with Matsuba crab meat and Miyazaki green soy beans; grilled Fukui Masuba crab leg with crab miso, and Fukui Matsuba crab leg tempura. The new delicacies prepared with this season’s best Fukui Matsuba crabs are available at IFC mall’s Shikigiku from now until December 31, 2019
