The Vietnamese restaurant showcases the beloved crustacean as part of an autumn gourmet showcase

Festival Walk’s An Nam is celebrating the harvest of jumbo river prawns, widely popular in Vietnamese cuisine, with a new dish where the beloved crustacean takes centre stage. From now until end of November, guests can enjoy a special order of baked jumbo river prawns with cheese and mushroom, together with a range of the restaurant’s signature dishes such as An Nam chargrilled beef, green mango shredded chicken salad, chargrilled lemongrass pork chop, and wok-fried cuttlefish for the price of HK$368. Guests ordering the two-dish combination will also receive a voucher for a complimentary jumbo river prawn on a subsequent visit.
