JW Marriott’s contemporary restaurant showcases Europe’s Joselito ham this season

Flint Grill & Bar is presenting Joselito ham from Europe to impress the most discerning palates this season. 
 
Regarded as the best ham in the world, the Joselito ham from Spain is produced from Joselito pigs which are raised free-range on natural pastures. As they graze freely during their growth, the pigs develop a unique richness and nutrients in their meat. From now to March 25, the establishment’s head chef Pieter Fitz-Dreyer is showing his appreciation to the premium ham by showcasing them in his new creations, including grilled Joselito pluma, broccoli, smoked almonds, with Earl Grey and prune, one of a selection of ham dishes to be featured during the promotional period.  
 
The Joselito ham menu is available at Flint Grill & Bar from now until March 25, 2018.
