18 restaurants across Hong Kong celebrate British produce with a special menu this season
This Spring, some of Hong Kong’s best restaurants are celebrating British gastronomy in their participation in the Food Is Great campaign organized by the British Consulate-General, together in partnership with Wine and Spirit Trade Association. The dining campaign includes exclusive menus at 18 of the city’s dining establishments, together with wine and spirits tastings and a lucky draw for complimentary round trip tickets to the UK.
From March 21 to April 2, esteemed restaurants and eateries across town are presenting a new exclusive Great British menu of dishes made with British seasonal produce, from seafood to meat. Some of the celebrated eateries featured in this campaign include Beef and Liberty’s bacon cheeseburger with Scottish beef patty and British Dingley Dell bacon, Grand Hyatt Steakhouse ‘s Welsh Rhug Estate organic striploin and rib-eye steak, as well as Gough’s on Gough’s roast sirloin of Devonshire beef, roast British pork belly, and British cheese platter, among other restaurants’ exclusive offerings.
