This Mother’s Day, Causeway Bay’s An Nam is presenting a wide selection of new exotic signatures. Throughout the Mother’s Day weekend, guests can treat moms to a tropical journey of taste through the establishment’s special recommended dishes, such as char-grilled calamari and pomelo salad with green mango, the An Nam festive appetiser platter which includes steamed rice paper rolls, Hanoi cuttlefish cakes, chicken skewers, and char-grilled pork neck to start.
The vibrant festive offerings also include baked scallops with crabmeat, minced chicken, onion and garlic butter; wok-fried beef tenderloin in black pepper sauce with green mango, as well as wok-fried thin rice noodles with tamarind king prawns. The Vietnamese mother’s day specials are available on May 11 and 12.
