Savour a selection of warm and hearty soup noodle favourites at Hong Kong's favourite Southeast Asian eatery

Tis the season for winter warming dishes as the mercury level drops and the days get colder. Café Malacca offers an array of heartwarming, authentic Malaysian and Singaporean favourites that are nutritious and delicious.

Singapore fish soup bee hoon was named one of the top 40 Singaporean foods by CNN’s Catherine Ling, and Café Malacca’s deliciously healthy bowl is made with sliced fish and rice noodles in a creamy fish broth, accompanied by homemade green pickled chilies.

Other heartwarming favourites include Klang Bakut Teh, a pork rib soup cooked in a broth infused with nutritious Chinese herbs such as dong quai, served with Chinese crullers and fragrant rice. Café Malacca’s version differs from the Singapore-style, which uses more garlic and pepper. There's also Ipoh Ho Fun, which is made with flat rice noodles in a chicken and prawn broth topped with chicken, prawns and chives, and a spicy Penang prawn noodles made with a combination of yellow and rice noodles in a prawn and pork stock topped with pork ribs, sliced pork, prawns and homemade fried shallots.

Café Malacca offers more dishes to warm you this winter, including Penang Assam laksa, Duck Koay Teow and Singapore laksa.
