Vicky Lau of Tate Dining Room and Mora is launching her Ān Soy brand at BaseHall 02 on September 1, offering savoury and sweet soy dishes and drinks. Diners can expect an array of tasty items including the likes of mapo tofu mazesoba, strawberry soy sponge cake and more. Using the age-old stone grinding method to ensure a more natural taste, Ān Soy's menu will also include soy milk lattes exclusive to BaseHall 02 as well as meal sets to complete the dining experience. More savoury additions will be released in the days to come.

Dive into an Argentinean dining experience at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong's The Grill from September 9 to November 30. In collaboration with the Consulate General of Argentina, The Grill welcomes chef Juan Ignacio Barcos from Buenos Aires' Madre Rojas. Guests can savour a diverse array of dishes, from zesty scallop and prawn ceviche to aromatic Argentinean Wagyu flank skewers, all paired with handpicked wines by chief sommelier Maxime Duval. The experience is further heightened with live tango performances on September 9 and 15.

The Aubrey has unveiled a new à la carte menu to add another dimension to their Japanese Izakaya dining experience. Highlights from the menu include an A4 Mizayaki Wagyu katsu sando with caviar and gold leaf, yellowtail sashimi dressed in ponzu, shiso and chilli, vegetarian-friendly truffle croquettes paired with a soy béchamel and wasabi kewpie, chocolate and sakura dessert with almond mousse, zesty cherry, and yuzu sorbet, and much more. But it's not all about the food. New cocktails like the smoky Mori and a refreshingly light Koriyama, which have been inspired by the spirit of Shochu, are also on the menu and designed to complement each and every bite.

No. 3 London Dry Gin and British luxury luggage brand Globe-Trotter have unveiled an exclusive Martini case in Hong Kong. Limited to only 100 individually numbered pieces worldwide, this case is designed for the elite traveller and makes for a great centrepiece for the home entertainer. Crafted by Globe-Trotter artisans, the case boasts a teal and tan leather exterior and houses bespoke No. 3 Gin x Nude Martini glasses, a limited-edition Vermouth bottle, and other cocktail essentials.

To mark the launch, three Hong Kong mixologists: Lorenzo Antinori of Bar Leone, Antonio Lai of Quinary, and Beckaly Franks of Artifact have each crafted unique martinis inspired by travel. The Martini Italico, by Antinori (available from September 7), is a rich and nutty gin Martini with Marsala wine, fernet, and orange bitters, garnished with discarded lemon peel and pickled peeled almond; Dry Martini My Way, created by Lai (available from September 14), is a gin Martini with three drops of dry essence; and the Artifact Gibson, by Franks (available from September 21, blends Japanese banana shallot, dry vermouth, a dash of lemon oil, and No.3 London Dry Gin. These cocktails will be available for a limited time at their respective bars. 

The Martini Case, retailing at £1,800 (approximately HK$17,905) showcases both brands' dedication to excellence and will be displayed at the Globe-Trotter Hong Kong Boutique from September 5 for six weeks. Purchase inquiries can contact Globe-Trotter directly.

French neo-bistro Racines is launching an autumn menu to reflect the very best of the season. Highlights include a traditional Provençal artichoke dish made with cailette, a sausage stuffed with foie gras and pork, swiss chard, girolles and hazelnuts, and a Tarbouriech oyster dish with savoury ragu of green peas, pork jelly and smoked pork knuckle. The menu also boasts a Mediterranean red mullet in an escabeché marinade which is finished with a stuffing of octopus, cuttlefish and prawns, and a vegetable ravioli. Guests can opt for either the five-course Genèse (HK$1488) or the seven-course Plénitude (HK$1788) menu, with the bistro open for dinner from Thursdays to Mondays, 6pm to 11pm.
