The Italian establishment of Conrad Hong Kong presents a one-night exclusive taste of Emilia-Romagna
This September, Nicholini’s, Conrad’s Italian restaurant, is welcoming Massimo Spigaroli’s return to showcase the sophisticated gourmet offerings of the Emilia-Romagna region, featuring the cuisine’s quintessential exports such as prosciutto di Parma, balsamic vinegar, and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. On September 16, guests can indulge in dishes from an exclusive five-course dinner menu designed by Spigaroli and Nicholini’s own Riccardo Catarsi, with signatures including traditional Parmigiano Reggiano dumplings ‘soffici’ in hen broth; culatello oro, and Alaskan king crab with smoked leeks. The one-night exclusive dinner menu is complete with a selection of Tuscan wine and Lambrusco pairing, priced at HK$1,288 per person.
