Guests can enjoy a choice of mains, between pan-seared cod fish fillet with creamed baby spinach, cauliflower and almond, or Australian M7 striploin with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and truffle jus. The holiday menu concludes with a classic Christmas cake with warm vanilla sauce. The exclusive menu is priced at HK$988 per person, with a special offer on a glass of Dom Perignon champagne at HK$288 per glass or HK$1,380 per bottle.
