This holiday season, Paper Moon is launching a unique four-course Italian festive dinner menu

On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the Italian restaurant at Harbour City is presenting starters such as Canadian lobster salad with heirloom tomato, red onion, fennel and cucumber, followed by pumpkin ravioli with aged Parmigiano cheese and foie gras sauce. Guests can enjoy a choice of mains, between pan-seared cod fish fillet with creamed baby spinach, cauliflower and almond, or Australian M7 striploin with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and truffle jus. The holiday menu concludes with a classic Christmas cake with warm vanilla sauce. The exclusive menu is priced at HK$988 per person, with a special offer on a glass of Dom Perignon champagne at HK$288 per glass or HK$1,380 per bottle.
