What: Beautiful harbour views and great value make Alto's new Sky High Brunch Club menu a sure winner in our books. The meal commences with an unlimited supply of starters and salads, including bonito fried duck leg served with watermelon salad; smoked mackerel salad; and smoked and spiced steak tartare served with crispy tortilla chips on the side.
Next, the seafood section offers a choice of monsoon river prawn with comeback sauce, or half Boston lobster with smoked shiso butter and mixed salad for an extra HK$188. Mains include yellow spring chicken served with coleslaw salad, "fish and chips" with bonito fried halibut, baby back ribs with Iberico collar and Josper baked pineapple, or a classic English roast with beef with trimmings for an additional HK$128. For dessert, choose from sticky toffee pudding, peaches topped with vanilla ice cream, or almond choux with praline crème mousseline.
