The team that operates Amalfitana is adding a new Italian restaurant to their locale at The Pulse

Good pasta is back, as demonstrated by the ever-popular Pici. Adding to the popularity of the Italian staple is Fratelli, a new concept by 8 Creative, the same team that operates Amalfitana and Rummin’ Tings. Set to open mid-April, 2018, Fratelli is set to to showcase pasta as the focus in this new trattoria in Repulse Bay.

Similar to Amalfitana, Fratelli uses comfort as the theme throughout its interior design, where Italian-inspired textiles and furnishings are used to embellish the seaside restaurant, offering an inviting ambience for guests to relax over simple comfort food. Fratelli is set to be an all-day dining concept focusing on pasta, as well as antipasti, grilled mains, and trattoria-inspired menu selections. Michel Degli Agosti, previously at the group’s Amalfitana as head chef, is taking the head chef role of the pasta bar.

Fratelli is set to open mid-April. Watch this space as we bring the latest updates on the opening of this seaside eatery.
