In celebration of the 10th edition of Le French GourMay, Bostonian Seafood And Grill is presenting the taste of Southern France by honouring the gastronomic diversity of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. From now until May 31, guests can indulge in the seafood restaurant’s unique four-course set dinner featuring foie gras terrine layered with porcini mushrooms, port reduction and garden salad, Marseille seafood soup with herbes de Provence and rouille, De Charolles AOC French beef tenderloin and catch of the day from Brittany, complete with a sweet ending of Paris–Brest with mascarpone cream, gianduja and Baileys.

Guests ordering the Le French GourMay wine pairing set dinner at the Bostonian Seafood And Grill are eligible to enter a lucky draw for a chance to win round-trip economy class air tickets to Nice for two persons.

The menu is priced at HK$498 per person, with a Southern Rhône wine pairing package priced at HK$300 per person.
