Indulge in the freshness of David Hervé oysters from France

October marks the peak harvest of oysters in France. Flint Grill & Bar of JW Marriott Hong Kong is launching a special showcase of David Hervé oysters. Originated from the ocean of France and harvested in an area named Saint-Just in the Marennes-Oléron basin, the establishment’s head chef Pieter Fitz-Dreyer has created three special items to highlight the freshness of the oysters, including angels on horseback prepared with Speciale oysters, and steamed wagyu beef cheek, Royale oyster & Black Kite porter pie. Flint’s oyster galore is available from October 2 to 29, 2017.
