Enjoy Fines de Claire, Belon and Gillardeau oysters at the Grand Hyatt’s steak house

Patrick Shimada, head chef at the Grand Hyatt Steakhouse in Wan Chai, has introduced a tempting seasonal French oyster package to enjoy in addition to the restaurant’s premium steaks. Diners can enjoy three oysters of their choice along with a glass of  Diebolt-Vallois Prestige Cuvee France NV champagne, a cocktail (Seawave Cucumber or Madame Pamplemousse), or a pint of Guinness. The French oyster selections, sourced by chef Shimada from the French Atlantic coast, highlights varieties such as Fines de Claire, Belon, and Gillardeau.

The oyster sets start from HK$208 for three oysters with Guinness, up to HK$388 for three oysters with champagne.
