The new set menu transforms seasonal produce into edible art

Lan Kwai Fong’s Fumi has launched a new dinner tasting menu where the best seasonal produce from Japan is transformed into artistic dishes. Guests can indulge in menu offerings such as grilled Hokkaido red king crab leg; A4 Miyazaki beef In sukiyaki style; assorted sashimi; and seafood soup in teapot. The exclusive eight-course dinner menu is priced at HK$980 per person with a 50 percent discount for the second guests. A premium sake pairing option is available at an additional HK$544 per person. The deluxe dinner tasting menu is available now until November 30, 2020.
