An eight-course deluxe tasting menu that transports you to Japan briefly

The new eight-course tasting menu recently launched is featuring the modern take of executive chef San on Japanese cuisine, including jet-fresh seasonal sashimi, grilled fresh abalone, crispy tuna, snow crab meat and sea urchin wrap with sea prawn vegetables tempura and A4 Miyazaki beef in pot with fried tofu miso soup.
