The Japanese restaurant of Hotel Okura Macau is presenting a winter-exclusive kaiseki menu
Celebrating the unique connection and awareness of the cycles of nature, Hotel Okura Macau’s Yamazato is presenting the Fuyuno Kaiseki dinner this winter, where the Japanese establishment’s executive chef Akira Hayashi presents seasonally-exclusive elements throughout the dinner menu. The unique kaiseki meal includes includes appetiser Hassun (seaweed and herring roe with Tosa vinegar, simmered quail egg and chestnut, mushroom and spinach with ponzu jelly, tiger shrimp with potato and gingko nut), clear soup with scallop and shrimp, seasonal three varieties of sashimi, grilled red snapper with egg, lightly-seared Bungo beef with Tosa vinegar jelly, steamed tilefish with turnip, rice with salmon and salmon roe, and dessert (Japanese pear, persimmon and muscat grapes with jelly) and brown sugar cake served with matcha.
The Fuyuno Kaiseki dinner is available from now until December 31, and is priced at MOP 1,580 per person.
