This winter, Gradini, the Italian restaurant at The Pottinger Hong Kong, takes inspiration from the hero product Intral Redness Relief Soothing Serum by skincare brand Darphin, for the restaurant’s brand new afternoon tea collaboration. 

 
The co-branded afternoon tea set features savoury treats such as pork rillettes beetroot bun, wild mushroom vol-au-vents, and smoked duck breast served with mixed berry mayonnaise. The tea set offerings also feature chamomile and hawthorn—two of the key ingredients in Darphin’s product—in sweet delights such as chamomile honey panna cotta; raisin scones served with hawthorn apple jam; together with strawberry cream roll, assorted macarons, and French pastry Les Carolines. Guests for the exclusive afternoon tea set will be eligible to receive a complimentary deluxe gift set from Darphin, valued at HK$250, including Intral Redness Relief Soothing Serum (5ml), Chamomile Aromatic Care (4ml), and Aromatic Cleansing Balm (5ml). The Gradini and Darphin afternoon tea set is priced at HK$238 per person.
