On November 10, Domani, the Italian fine dining restaurant in Admiralty, will be hosting a unique dinner featuring wines from some of Italy’s top producers. Among the wineries and winemakers present will be Roberto Voerzio Poggio, Scalette, Petrolo, Quintarelli, Soldera, Salicutti, Salivioni, and Le Pupille. The five-course menu is priced at HK$780 per person and will feature dishes such as:

- Culatello ham and stracchino cheese
- Warm Tuscan cherry tomato veloute, rustic bruschetta and Pienza’s pecorino cheese
- Artisanal “Mancini” spaghetti with red onion, spring onion, guanciale and pecorino cheese
- Grilled Australian wagyu rib-eye
- Crème brûlée
