The grill house at The Langham, Hong Kong launches new menu featuring signatures best of sharing

This February, Bostonian Seafood & Grill of The Langham Hong Kong is presenting an all-new Chill-and-Grill dinner menu, showcasing the restaurant’s grilled premium meats and vegetable dishes. Best shared among three to four guests, the new dinner menu includes a hearty feast of grilled meats such as beef short ribs, flank steak, spring chicken baked in natural hay, chorizo pork sausages and baby pork ribs, paired with homemade sauces such as salsa criolla, chimichurri, and tomato salsa. The sharing menu is also including an unlimited refill of vegetable side dishes such as baked sweet potatoes; vine tomatoes; corn on the cob, courgettes and shallots. The new sharing menu is available on evenings of Wednesdays and Thursdays, priced from HK$1,588 per set. Guests can enjoy a 50% discount on any bottle of wine from the master wine list curated by the sommelier.
