The Italian restaurant of the Grand Hyatt invites chef Andrea Aprea for a three-day dining event

Milan is not only the fashion capital of the world, but also a hub for gastronomy. This October, Grissini is inviting chef Andrea Aprea, executive chef of Restaurant Vun at the Park Hyatt Milan to return to Hong Kong for a three-day special promotion, where chef Aprea will join forces with the Italian restaurant’s chef de cuisine Alessandro Cozzolino in presenting a taste of Milan.

From October 6 to 8, guests can indulge in an array of signature dishes by Aprea, each presenting his culinary philosophy: technique, innovation, and respect for Italian traditions. Chef Aprea’s contemporary approach to Italian cuisine is showcased in his six-course menu presented during the promotion. The menu includes unique courses such as:

- Cuttlefish Diavola, potato, horseradish and sour cabbage
- Carnaroli rice riserva San Massimo, langoustines, lemon, capers and rosemary
- Salt cod, dehydrated pizzaiola, caramelised onion
- Lemon Sensation

Chef Aprea’s signature menu is available during dinner service and is priced at HK$1,000 per person.
