Opened in 2002 as a stylish French-Japanese concept that pays homage to the abundance of produce and harvest from Fukuoka, La Maison De La Nature Goh is helmed by chef Takashi Fukuyama. His omakase menu is filled with dishes featuring Kyushu seasonal vegetables and locally-raised wagyu, paired with French wines. On September 28, guests can indulge in a unique dining experience with a nine-course degustation dinner menu featuring dishes prepared by both chefs, including Balbi’s dashi with daikon and eryngii mushrooms; grilled octopus with soft potatoes, paprika chips and kombu; as well as Fukuyama’s foie gras with Japanese persimmon, and Japanese eel with fresh kyuri cucumber gazpacho. The duo also designed the menu’s Kumamoto wagyu with maitake mushrooms together as a main course to be presented on the night of the event.

The four-hands collaboration dinner menu is priced at HK$2,180 per person with an option for a wine pairing package at an additional HK$680 per person.
