The casual Italian concept on Lyndhurst Terrace is the first of four new establishments due to open this summer

Harlan Goldstein is returning to the local dining scene, with four new restaurants, tentatively all due to open in the next two months. Partnering with ZS Hospitality Group, Ee Da Le, a casual Italian concept is the first to open on Lyndhurst Terrace.

Designed by AB Concepts by Ed & Terence, Ee Da Le’s dining space fuses contemporary design with a vintage touch, with opera-skirt inspired hanging table lamps to warm colours throughout the space to mimic the comfort of a Southern Italian home.

Chef Goldstein is no stranger to the local dining scene, and his establishment is presenting rustic Italian fare where guests can share the hearty offerings over wine. Taking the helm of the kitchen of Ee Da Le is executive chef Fung Wong, trained under chef Goldstein for years and now reunited to take over to lead the kitchen team. Look out for signatures such as:

- Crudo di mare (citrus-flavoured sea scallops with sea urchin, fennel and sun-dried tomatoes)
- Madam Chu’s signature linguini (with red prawns, baby shrimp, basil and bottarga)
- Char-grilled octopus (with sopressata, baby gem lettuce, potato crema and Taggiasca olives)
- Mama’s meatballs (made with veal, beef, and pork sausage)
