Prepared with the best seasonal produce sourced from Europe and Japan, the delectable summer feast is best accompanied by the restaurant’s panoramic Victoria Harbour view. The menu includes items such as French beef tartare, foie gras creme brulee, sea scallop and scampi tail tagliolini, gindara and red prawn ceviche, sous-vide Aveyron organic leg of lamb and yuzu chocolate cake.
