Warm up this season with new, traditional hearty creations at the contemporary Shanghainese restaurant

This autumn and winter, Modern Shanghai is launching an array of seasonal creations to whet the appetite. Prepared with premium ingredients harvested at the peak of their prime, guests can indulge in these warming dishes, notably including braised cuttlefish and sea cucumber in clay pot, sautéed mandarin fish fillets in rice wine sauce, braised pork and preserved vegetables with steamed buns, stir-fried sea cucumber, scallop and shrimps with egg whites, together with Chinese pancake stuffed with chives and dried shrimps, and double-boiled pears with peach resin and many more.  


The winter dishes are available from now until December 31, 2019.
