Keep the festive feeling going with a one-of-a-kind dining experience at The Ritz-Carlton’s flagship Cantonese restaurant and Hennessy Paradis

While Christmas has come and gone, it doesn’t mean that the season of giving and treating yourself has to end just yet. From now until the end of February 2021, there is ample time to indulge yourself—or a loved one—with a bottle of rare cognacs, and continue to be rewarded for it as well. For those who love fine spirits and the very best cuisine, there is a rare opportunity to experience just how Hennessy’s rare cognacs are the perfect accompaniment to Tin Lung Heen chef Paul Lau’s culinary wizardry.

Their three rare cognacs—Hennessy Paradis, Hennessy Paradis Imperial, and Richard Hennessy—are regarded as among the finest and most complex expressions of the genre. Each bottle features blends of eaux-de-vie matured from decades to centuries—the most prestigious and historic of them all being the Richard Hennessy, which has the honour of including extremely rare matured eaux-de-vie dating back as far as the early 19th century in its unique blend of more than 100 exceptional expressions.
