InterContinental Grand Stanford’s Chinese restaurant presents a collection of homemade puddings and dishes fitting for new year celebrations

Celebrating the arrival of the Year of the Dog, InterContinental Grand Stanford’s Hoi King Heen is presenting a number of auspicious dishes, namely wok-fried lamb and mandarin fish fillet, stewed dried oyster with shrimp paste and pork, shredded shrimp and abalone with assorted vegetables in ‘Lo Hei’ style, among many. The Cantonese restaurant is also launching three Chinese new year puddings, namely a traditional turnip pudding with premium Chinese sausage and conpoy, as well as Chef Leung’s two-layered sweet potato and sugar cane pudding, and this year’s new red date and macadamia nut pudding. All puddings are priced at HK$268 per box, available to be redeemed from February 1-15, 2018.
