This summer, Taikoo’s Hokkaidon is bringing two of its popular dishes in a set menu. From now until July 31, guests can indulge in the restaurant’s new don and udon set menu. The menu begins with a signature appetiser, followed by a bowl of udon and a miniature donburi rice bowl, complete with salad and a miso soup. Guests can choose from a variety of don and udon combinations such as ‘Yukhoe’ diced sashimi mini don with udon in chicken broth; Hokkaido sea urchin and salmon roe mini don with onsen egg udon with sesame dressing; and Matsuba crabmeat and Hokkaido sea urchin mini don with curry udon. Guests can also enjoy two hot yuzu honey beverages in the price of one with purchase of food. Reservations are recommended.
