Prized for its richness in proteins and Omega-3, tuna’s health benefits are just as invaluable as its unparalleled taste. This summer, Hokkaidon is presenting a unique tuna feast, where the restaurant celebrates the versatility of Japan’s beloved ocean harvest. Throughout this summer, Hokkaidon will present farmed bluefin tunas over 50 kilos in weight, delivered directly from Koshikijima islands of Kagoshima. Besides a live fish-cutting demonstration as part of the tuna celebration, guests can enjoy Hokkaidon’s new tuna set for two, featuring tuna salad with assorted vegetables, ‘yukhoe’ tuna with avocado, grilled tuna jaw, assorted tuna belly dons and tuna miso soup. The exclusive tuna set menu is priced at HK$588 for two, and is available during lunch and dinner.
