With restaurants still closed for dine-ins during dinner time, these hotels are offering new ways for guests to enjoy their chef’s signature dishes

The growing interest in staycations is converging with the nostalgia for dining out in the evenings, and many of Hong Kong’s top hotels are starting to bring the restaurants to the suite instead of solely relying on lunch service and takeaways. It’s a solid plan: diners can enjoy the plush surroundings of their hotel room, far from other people, and still enjoy a “restaurant” meal with most of the bells and whistles—a big change from plating up your own takeaway at home. Here are the best places to check into if you’re missing a meal cooked by a professional.
