Chef Nathan Green Departs Henry To Head Up Rex Wine & Grill
Having overseen the grills at Rosewood Hong Kong's resident steakhouse since its launch in late 2019, chef Nathan Green has left Henry to join Umberto Bombana's stable of noteworthy chefs at Octavo Management Group, which includes the likes of Octavium's Roland Schuller, Bjoern Alexander at the soon-to-open Venédia, and Wong Yiu-por at Nove. His new role will be to direct the launch of Rex Wine & Grill, an Italian-American chophouse that will take over the basement of the One Chinachem Central building. Specialising in steak, smoked brisket, sausages and other barbecue dishes, Rex promises to be an opulent dining experience that brings together Green's extensive experience at Henry, Rhoda, and 22 Ships. Stay tuned for more news on this restaurant opening in the coming weeks.
